Service Description
Dive into the rabbit hole of your curious desire to deepen your psychospiritual existence. We’ll explore the mysterious and meaningful options you’re drawn to through a compassionate and grounded safety lens. Together, we’ll look at the insights you’ve already encountered on your path, tend to any bewildering challenges, and create a personalized integration map to help you weave these discoveries into your daily life with intention. Along the way, we may draw from evidence-based behavioral strategies such as mindfulness, self-awareness, cognitive reframing, positive reinforcement, and values-based goal setting. We can also include holistic and intuitive practices like distant Reiki healing, card pulls, guided meditation, or grounding rituals to support insight, clarity, and embodiment. Each session is uniquely tailored to meet you exactly where you are.
Cancellation Policy
● The client will schedule their appointments in advance per both parties availability. ● Client and company will agree upon “permanent” or” semi-permanent” weekly time. Changes to agreed upon time will be submitted in writing at least one week prior and decided upon by both parties. ● Sessions may be rescheduled a minimum of 24 hours prior to the original scheduled time. Sessions that are canceled within 24 hours will be charged. Rescheduling of sessions is not guaranteed and is dependent on the company’s availability.
